Who we work with.

iQuantile does not deploy with every organization that approaches us. We have built a platform around organizations that are serious about impact. We protect the integrity of that practice by being clear about who we work with, how we work, and what we will and will not do. This page is not a disclaimer. It is a statement of how we operate.

The right iQuantile client is a purpose-driven organization that:

  • Has a genuine commitment to sustainability, governance, or social impact, and wants to operationalize it.
  • Faces a real, near-term trigger that makes the cost of inaction concrete.
  • Has an accessible, engaged decision-maker willing to be held to measurable outcomes.
  • Has the organizational infrastructure to build on: real people, real programs, real data.
  • Has the budget or willingness to invest in building a real foundation.
  • Operates in a context where EESG alignment is relevant.

Who we do not work with.

iQuantile does not deploy with organizations that:

  • Have no genuine operational urgency around impact.
  • Have no clear decision-maker or accountability structure.
  • Expect free or near-free deployment with no willingness to invest.
  • Are resistant to external frameworks and insist on building everything in-house.
  • Already believe their ESG or impact practice is complete.
  • Whose business model causes direct harm to communities, environments, or vulnerable populations.
  • Are seeking help communicating impact they cannot substantiate.
  • Operate in industries or jurisdictions with active sanctions or credible investigations.

Our non-negotiables.

These principles govern every iQuantile deployment:

  • We do not produce reports that claim impact we cannot measure.
  • Every number Telos publishes is traceable to a verified source in your data infrastructure.
  • We do not engage in greenwashing.
  • If the evidence does not support the claim, the claim does not get made, regardless of commercial pressure.
  • We define success before we begin.
  • Every deployment starts with a clear, measurable definition of what success looks like. Not a vague directional aspiration.
  • We hold ourselves to the same standards we hold our clients.
  • Our own EESG performance is tracked, measured, and available to our stakeholders.
  • We exit where commitments are not kept.
  • If a client demonstrates they are not genuinely committed to the outcomes we define together, we end the deployment.

AI Ethics Policy.

iQuantile LLC uses artificial intelligence, including Telos (our proprietary Cognitive Contextual Model) and third-party AI tools, in client deployments, platform development, and internal operations. This policy sets out the principles that govern how we develop, deploy, and oversee AI systems, and how we communicate AI's role to the clients and communities our work affects.

  1. AI as a Tool, Not a Decision-Maker
    Telos and other AI systems we operate inform decisions. They do not make them. Human operators remain accountable for every action taken on the basis of AI-produced output. We do not deploy autonomous AI agents to act on client operations without operator oversight.

  2. Transparency in AI Use
    We disclose where AI is involved in producing outputs delivered to clients, regulators, or the Commons. Every AI-derived dataset carries a method signature that identifies what was generated by Telos, what was generated by third-party tools, and what was produced by human operators. Clients always know what part of an output was machine-produced.

  3. Data Privacy and Security
    Client data processed by Telos remains the property of the client. We do not train Telos or any third-party model on client data without explicit written consent. Where AI tools are used, data is processed on isolated infrastructure with no shared tenancy between client environments. Approximately ninety percent of iQuantile infrastructure is self-hosted.

  4. Fairness and Bias
    We monitor Telos outputs for systemic bias against protected groups, geographic regions, or sector subsegments. Where bias is identified, we document it, communicate it to affected clients, and remediate the model. We do not deploy Telos in use cases where the cost of bias to vulnerable populations outweighs the operational benefit.

  5. Accuracy and Accountability for AI Outputs
    Telos outputs are accompanied by confidence intervals, source traces, and verification status. iQuantile is accountable for the accuracy of outputs delivered to clients. Where an output is wrong, we correct it, communicate the correction, and trace the cause. Errors are not hidden.

  6. No Harmful Applications
    We do not deploy Telos in surveillance use cases, in applications that suppress lawful dissent, in autonomous weapons systems, or in any application where the foreseeable outcome is harm to vulnerable populations. We reserve the right to refuse deployment or exit existing deployments where these conditions emerge.

  7. Telos: Specific Governance
    Telos is governed by an internal review board that meets quarterly to assess new capabilities, deployment patterns, and observed outputs. Material changes to Telos that affect client outputs are communicated to affected clients before deployment. The model is version-controlled, and every output produced by Telos is traceable to the version that produced it.

  8. Ecosystem Partner AI Standards
    Third-party AI tools incorporated into iQuantile deployments are required to meet the standards set out in this policy. Partners that fail to maintain these standards are removed from the ecosystem. We publish the list of approved partners and the AI components each provides, available on request through the Contact page.

  9. Review and Updates
    This policy is reviewed annually at minimum, and after any material change to Telos capabilities or deployment patterns. Updates are published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated by direct notice no less than 30 days before taking effect.
