Impact Without Proof Is Just a Story. We Build the Machines That Prove It.

The world's companies run on software that can tell you the margin on a single invoice from eleven years ago. Ask it whether the company is worth what it costs the world, and nothing comes back. No field for it. No table. No answer.

Lexington Advisory Group spent years inside that silence. The firm would diagnose, recommend, deliver, and then watch sound strategy die inside systems that could only count transactions. The frameworks held. The software did not. And somewhere in that pattern, a conviction formed: if impact can be proven, someone has to build the machine that proves it.

Lexington built that machine, and named the category it opened: impact tech. iQuantile is how that machine reaches the world. We were founded for one mandate, with no plans to ever be anything else: deploy a category of technology the world was missing, and scale it to outlast us. Our name carries the thesis. A quantile measures movement. Progress you can locate, verify, and stand behind.

We earned the thesis sector by sector. Supply chains, energy, manufacturing, retail, banking, agriculture, defense. In every one, we found the same article of faith: that doing right by workers, communities, and the environment costs speed and margin. Everyone priced that assumption. Nobody had measured it. So we measured it. In garments, manufacturers on our platforms met ISO standards, upheld labor rights, paid fair wages, and cut order processing from five hours to five minutes. In sector after sector, the pattern repeated. Productivity climbed alongside job satisfaction, gender equity, and financial return. The famous trade-off was a measurement failure. It had never been tested, only believed.

Sixteen industry platforms now run on what those years produced, Quantibly for the global nonprofit sector, Qare Health for access to healthcare, Lexis for education among them. Beneath all of them sits the real product: impact technology infrastructure, with Telos at its core, the first Cognitive Contextual Model, trained to describe, predict, and prescribe impact across sectors.

The questions were never unanswerable. They were unasked, because no one had built the means to ask them. That is what we deploy.

We are iQuantile. We move industries with category-defining technology.

Our Mission

To deploy impact technology infrastructure that proves the value organizations create in the world, and to make that proof the operating standard of every sector we serve. What gets proven gets funded, trusted, and scaled. We deploy it so that proof is within every organization's reach.

Our Vision

A digital economy where intelligence is a public capacity. Where technology and knowledge reach the communities big tech left behind, and the people there own the data they create, control who uses it, and decide what it earns. Where the next billion users enter as owners.

How we work

Three principles govern the firm.

  1. Operators, not consultants.
We build the infrastructure and run alongside until it is load-bearing inside your operation.
  2. Verification over claims.
If it cannot be audited, it does not enter the Commons. Every dataset has a source, a method, and a signature.
  3. The model serves the operator.
Telos adapts to your operation. Your operation does not bend to fit Telos.

About Lexington Advisory Group

iQuantile was conceptualized and created by Lexington Advisory Group, a firm that has worked inside the impact sector for over two decades. Lexington developed the EESG framework and built Telos, the first Cognitive Contextual Model. Every iQuantile engagement is led by the Lexington team, who configure the infrastructure to the operations, goals, and context of each organization.

When you reach out, you reach the people who built this.

The operators who spent 20+ years inside these problems are the ones who answer when you call.
